TULIPA bin on the seafront promenade, Sitges – 2026
Grup Fábregas’ TULIPA bins have been installed along the Sitges seafront promenade.
This location presented a dual challenge: providing functionality in an area that experiences high visitor numbers during the summer months, while maintaining its appearance throughout the year despite demanding weather conditions.
We manufacture the Tulipa C-2024 model from treated steel with anti-corrosion protection, a key feature in environments where humidity and salinity put the durability of urban furniture to the test.
The choice of a light grey finish allows the bins to blend naturally into the aesthetic of the promenade, complementing the surroundings without becoming a dominant visual element.
As a finishing touch, the bins have been customised with the Sitges City Council crest, laser-engraved onto the structure, reinforcing their visual identity and their connection to the municipality.
This project demonstrates how urban furniture can successfully combine durability, functionality, and aesthetic integration, contributing to the preservation and enhancement of some of the most emblematic public spaces.
