HEBA benches at MSC, Barcelona – 2025
Grup Fábregas’ concrete benches are part of the renovation of the exterior areas of the MSC building in the Port of Barcelona -a space that has gained structure, greenery, and new resting areas.
The intervention has transformed the former landscaped zone into a greener, more organised, welcoming, and functional space. In this new design, several HEBA benches have been installed, designed to offer a place to rest both for those waiting to embark and for visitors wishing to relax after a walk.
These benches are made from stone-grey concrete, a material that requires no maintenance and is highly resistant to marine salinity and oxidation, ensuring long-lasting durability even under the most demanding conditions.
For projects requiring lighter solutions, the HEBA benches in polyethylene offer the same aesthetic and resistance to external agents, with a finish that perfectly replicates the look of concrete. Their design and materials make them a versatile option for both urban and landscaped spaces, combining functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
This intervention not only enhances the aesthetics of the surroundings but also creates a comfortable, resilient, and durable space for everyone passing through this port area.
